Waites is the founder and is an independent consultant. A network of independent consultants
is used for engagements when required.
The company's initial pursuit was in business and physical processes integration and in product
appraisals. Today, we specialize in legal consulting and expert witness engagements, damage
assessment, product appraisals, E-Discovery, E-Forensics, business plan consulting and
development, business process management and integration, and product economic life
analysis.
